Highly prised Engineered plank oiled Brown oak. the flooring has an enhanced brown colour throughout, pieces are from all parts of the tree reflecting the natural dark and light timber also with straight and wildgrain figuring, 150mm wide 14mm thick. Nice colour variation on this traditional grade. Easier to install than solid boards – can be floated or stuck Suitable for underfloor heating

Colour: Some colour variation and some knotting,medium degree of colour variability,ranging medium tan colours with natural mineral elements to medium brown.
Colour Change: Brown oak undergoes a medium degree of colour change
Hardness and Stability: Brown oak is 80% as hard as Red Oak. Good
average stability. The timber is moderately hard, tough, strong and is easily worked.
Installation: Floating or glue down. Allow at least 10% for wastage when installing and simply cut out pieces you do not like
