Factory lacquered engineered plank Jatoba Luxus. 125mm wide extra 18mm thick ,5mm top layer of jatoba.Structural board. Nice colour variation on this traditional grade. Easier to install than solid boards can be floated, nailed or stuck down. Suitable for underfloor heating. Full structural Quality for a lifetimes wear. Factory lacquered engineered plank Jatoba. Also known as Brazilian or South American Cherry it is a very strong, hard, tough wood, generally superior to oak and available from well managed sources.

Colour: The heartwood is salmon red to orange brown,becoming russet to reddish brown when seasoned,the sapwood is usually wide and white,grey or pinkish sharply demarcated from the heartwood.the grain may be straight but is more commonly interlocked and the texture is mediun to coarse
Hardness and Stability: White oak is 108% as hard as Red Oak. Good average stability. The timber is moderately hard, tough, strong and is easily worked.
Installation: Floating,Nailed or glue down. Allow at least 5-10% for wastage when installing and simply cut out pieces you do not like.
