While Stock Lasts

Sale lines are limited to the batch we hold in London. When a colour runs out it is gone, so order samples early if you are still deciding on a shade.

What Goes into the Sale

Floors reach this page for three reasons: a batch is ending, a colour is being discontinued, or we over-ordered for a project that changed. None of that affects the floor itself — only how much of it is left.

Everything listed is engineered oak, suitable for underfloor heating, and available as a free sample before you commit. If you need more square metres than we hold, we will say so honestly and point you to the closest floor at full price.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are sale floors lower quality?

No. They are the same floors we sell at full price, from the same production runs. A floor is reduced because of how much stock is left, not because anything is wrong with it.

How much can I save?

Current reductions run up to 40%. Most sale floors are between £22 and £42 per m² excluding VAT, against £36 to £45 at full price.

Can I order free samples of sale floors?

Yes. You can order up to three samples free of charge and see them in your own light before deciding. We recommend it for sale lines, because once a batch is gone we cannot repeat it.

How long do sale prices last?

Until the batch sells out. There is no fixed end date — some floors stay here for months, others go in a week. If you have measured up, do not wait too long.

Do sale floors come with the same guarantee?

Yes. Warranty, delivery and installation terms are identical to our full-price range.

Can you fit a sale floor for me?

Yes. We install across London and the South East. Send your measurements and we will work out quantities and cost, including the sale price on materials.
